Did everything on the label but still felt underwhelming
Some staff seemed pretty disengaged and ignored us when we should have appeared confused about directions.

Very good hotel. Nice standard. Good value for money especially for norwegian standards. Staff helped us friendly and efficiënt when we had a little problem.

The location is very convenient if arriving by boat. The staff was very polite.
It's incredible that in a new hotel there is virtually no sound insulation. I could hear closing doors in the corridor outside and also a thumping sound coming from inside the wall - water pipes possibly.
