Great stay near the airport

Great hotel near the airport. Walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. The rooms were spacious, clean and tidy.

Customer service was fantastic, noisy area & heavy banging doors wasn’t good for me personally.

The staff were very warm & friendly & the shuttle bus service was very good .

The room, the energy in the room. & the extremely noisy road & the loud banging of the heavy doors near me that were closing at all times throughout the night. Not a motel for me, as I couldn’t sleep at all here. However understand it’s just a stop off for many people ..

Room itself was great, facilities not so much

Location was great. Room is clean and modern. Shower was also great. Wifi worked well and the room had a smart TV.

Restaurant was very overpriced for dinner. Paid a Full Breakfast Included rate but they didn't open for breakfast and gave me a Cornflakes, a muesli bar and juice instead.

easy and comfortable stay

Shuttle bus was very easy to arrange for the next morning at no extra cost. The room was quiet and the beds super comfy, we had a great sleep. Restaurant was great and very affordable, drinks were cheap and the menu had lots of options, we didn't need to go out for dinner or breakfast. The buffet breakfast was delicious. What truly stood out during our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From check-in to check-out, and throughout our meals, every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their attentiveness and friendliness made us feel truly valued as guests. It was the best decision to book here for the last night of our stay. Thank you.

Convenient to the airport and adequate for a short stay.

Staff and shuttle service was exceptional, food at the restaurant good and good value for money

Rooms are dated but have everything we needed for an overnight early start. Be aware if you’re on the first floor you need to drag your luggage up a flight of stairs, there’s no elevator

Great private shuttle, great staff, great accommodation.

Very difficult, so much to like . Loved the shower. If only all hotels were this good.

I can only say the 5 minute journey from airport to hotel is the only dislike.

Amazing restaurant and spacious, clean room with comfy beds.

The restaurant food was amazing! The best food on our whole trip. Our family room was tidy and spacious. We had a comfy Queen sized bed and our kids had a comfy single bed each. The bathroom was a good size too and it had been modernised.

It's an older building with no elevator to our room so we had to climb the outside stairs with our luggage.

We had a comfortable night

We wanted a night close to the airport so we could catch an early flight out. We asked for a wake up call especially as daylight saving had happened during the night and received one. Our shuttle to the airport was also on time giving us plenty of time to check in. Thank you

Comfortable with good service

We were close to the airport for a 4:30am start. An early morning call had us up and ready to catch the shuttle bus. We will use this hotel again.

The restaurant was not open on Suday.

It was enjoyable and convenient for a one night stay.

We booked because it was handy to the airport and had a free shuttle. My husband said the breakfast was large and appertising.

The room was a little dark and small for the price I felt.

Perfect location for a one night stay between flights.

The shuttle bus was so convenient- with just a short drive to the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The room was extremely clean. It was nothing fancy but was exactly what we needed for a one night stay in between flights. We also had the buffet breakfast which was pretty good.

From the room we were in I could hear noise from other guests. Mostly just showers running, toilets flushing kind of noise. I’m a bit of a light sleeper so that woke me up at around 5am when people were getting ready. But besides this the hotel location itself was very quiet.

Ease of check in and parking. Staff were friendly and accomodating

Could easily here snoring from the next room. Couldn't find remote for the TV after looking in every drawer and cupboard we found it on the floor under the bed.

Small rooms, comfy beds, very poor location.

The beds were comfortable and the buffet breakfast was lovely.

Rooms are very small. Portacot struggled to fit, The lift is a very old service lift, And the balcony is unsafe for small children. Also I called the reception staff to ask for a knife, so I could cut a cake for my husbands birthday and they told me if I want it I had to come and get it. Not great service.

One night stay after return from holiday

This property was a surprise packet. We booked this for one night on our return from a short trip away as we didn't want to be driving back home (to regional Vic) in the dark. Staff were lovely at check in and we parked our car not far from our ground floor room. The room itself was very small, however this wasn't a surprise and it was immaculately clean. Bed was quite comfy, however pillows were flat and not very supportive. We went for a drink in the small bar and were served by a lovely staff member. We then wandered across to the restaurant and were treated to a very tasty meal at a very reasonable price. All in all, would recommend this property and would stay again.
