Hamza was amazing

As always, every staff member was welcoming with a smile. Hamza, at check-in was exceptionally helpful and ensured everything was in order. A wonderful experience!

The staff is super friendly- both in the restaurant and at the pool. Calm, quiet, clean (except for one place). The hotel is after a major renovation I was a guest before the renovation. Breakfast is great.
Just one thing As I said, it's very clean except for one place. This is right in front of the pool, on the edge in front of the pool towards the hippodrome itself. There is a lot, a lot of pigeon droppings and it is obvious that it has not been cleaned for a very long time.

Location
I’m genuinely disappointed with my stay and would not consider this a 5-star experience by any standard.
The pool bar was particularly frustrating. There were clearly not enough staff on duty, which meant excessively long waits just to order a drink. At times, guests were left standing around trying to get someone’s attention. For a hotel that promotes itself as high-end, this level of service is simply not acceptable.
The room itself was also disappointing. The pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Comfort is a basic expectation, especially at this price point, and the bedding fell well below standard.
Overall, the hotel failed to deliver the quality and service it advertises. Significant improvements are needed before it can justify its rating.
