PARADISE

The room was excellent very spacious water supplied. Cold scented towels and refreshing beverages. Staff was amazing we stayed in the ocean wing but even in the garden wing they was helpful whenever we went over there. Massive bath on the balcony had bubble baths. Was there for as part of my Honeymoon with my wife. Had a Gazibo dinner outside on the sand which was so romantic also

Fabulous accommodation, excellent staff and was the luxury we were looking for at the end of our trip

Everything you’d expect from a 5 star property. Especially enjoyed staying in the Ocean wing that included an additional quieter pool and amazing breakfasts.

The property is a fair way from attractions and things to do outside of the resort. If you enjoy staying within a resort - it’s for you but it becomes expensive and repetitive if you like more adventure.

Great staff and breathtaking sunsets

There is nothing we didn't like about this hotel. The staff are very attentive and polite. The location is perfect. It is far from the city which we really appreciated. There is a huge beach and even a nature reserve in the hotel. They provide a lot of activities such as fireflies watching, horse riding, water sports, evening performance etc. There is a choice of several restaurants in the hotel. The buffet breakfast is great and the sunsets are breathtaking. We enjoyed both pools and our kids loved the bath tub on the balcony. We didn't mind aging furniture because the room was comfortable.

The only thing we missed was indoor playground for the kids.

Fabulous hotel!

This is an exceptional hotel. The setting is beautiful, and the rooms and guest areas are very well appointed. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, even helping us to book a snorkeling trip at very short notice. The hotel also has a large number of daily activities including walks into the Rasa Ria jungle reserve with the hotels rangers. We can fully recommend a stay here!

Unfortuately we couldn't swim in the sea during our visit because of jellyfish, but the hotel's swimming pools more than made up for this.

Lovely pool, comfortable rooms, great breakfast, nice food from the beach bar, fun entertainment for the kids. Kids also enjoyed the free kids club and the games room.

Far too much disposable plastic is being used (shampoo bottles in the bathrooms, jam and butter sachets at breakfast etc). No recycling in the rooms or the hotel generally. Single washing of towels. Really disappointed to see a hotel of this scale not operating in a more sustainable way. I was surprised to find out we couldn't enter the reserve without paying for one of the tours. Felt this was misleading as it was one of the reasons we booked this resort and yet couldn't access it. The price of the food was super expensive, we knew this would be the case so we bought our own snacks and drinks, ate breakfast late, skipped lunch and ate in the beach bar for (for approx 170-190rm per night for rm2 adults and 2 kids).

this room I booked did not have bath tub and I wasn’t informed about it until I opened the room on that day. very disappointed since the price was more expensive than the one with bath tub. felt deceived about it.

It was an "okey" stay.

The breakfast selection was excellent. The spa (had a body massage) was amazing. The crew at Sampan bar (I think his name is Dylan) gave excellent service while we were having drinks there.

1. We booked a sea view room (paid extra for it). Though the room was facing the sea not much of the sea/beach can be viewed. Room 411 - view of the sea is blocked by some sort of building. 2. Room service was quite slow. We waited almost an hour for our meals.

Not sure if I would ever go back

It has a very nice stretch of beach

there were many sandflies all over the property. I was badly bitten. Guests should be allowed to trek on the trails. Not happy with the current arrangement.

The service was excellent, all the staff were professional and friendly. The fascilities were all in tip-top condition.

Very conducive for families. Thank you for the special birthday arrangement for my husband. Very warm, helpful and hospital staffs. Special thanks to Edlay for arranging my rental car service. Very good spreqd of Breakfast and dinner. Prices is a little steep. Go for half board, have a full late breakfast so, to light on lunch and early dinner. Highly recommended and worth a 2nd or 3rd visit.

Amazing Island

The hotel room is clean, tidy, and the dried fruit bag is a kind touch. Staff was helpful and kind. I am very disappointed that it took 45 minutes to Check-In, my mother is 76 years old and kept waiting for so long, but no apology was received. The location was superb, and the variety of food, including at breakfast at the hotel restaurant, was amazing and tasty. Thank you.

The 45 minute wait at the Reception with no apology or explanation. It was NOT a good start to our vacations.
