Hotel Melilla Puerto

Melilla Puerto was very convenient for our time in Melilla. It’s a pretty hotel, common areas and rooms are nice, and the staff friendly and helpful.

The location is excellent, short walking distance to the city, to the old city, and to the beach. Breakfast is decent with a good choice of foods.

Not very sound proof. Can hear the TV on the neighboring room, and noise if there is one.

Very helpful staff with secure parking for our motorcycles, ideal location near port, breakfast was fantastic!

The location of the hotel was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with a varied selection. For a fee of 20 Euros we were allowed to keep our room for longer on our last day which was a big advantage.

The opening times (or not!) of the restaurants was very erratic and on a few occasions in the afternoon and evening there was no food or beverage facilities open in the hotel. We were told on more than one occasion when the tapas restaurant would be open or closed and it wasn't the case in either scenario. On the one occasion when the evening restaurant was open, we waited in excess of one hour for our meal to arrive and it never did so we left with no dinner.
