Everything.
Beautiful territory in mountains, with charming small stylish villas, 2 nice pools, green exotic plants and birds singing all the time. We loved our old style villa for 3, with veranda, hammac and pool view. Breakfast was very good, also the possibility to have a great dinner in the same restaurant. Kids played billiards and table football evenings. We travelled from there mostly by car, quite a short distance to the different amazing spots and surroundings. Some days were a little bit rainy, but it belongs to the season in the north of the island.We would like to stay longer:)

The little village feel with pathways through lush gardens to little houses. All very clean and staff super helpful and friendly.
The breakfast and dinner location off site with a tired looking offer. It was the worst dinner I ate in Madeira (although my partner rated his tuna).

Location.
Over sold based on the owners name. Does not meet the standard. Drastic need for some common area cleaning. Delapitated property. It has so much potential but is dark and dingy. Please pressure was some of the exterior. Covered in mildew. Foose ball table is an example of the condition of the facility.
Had to move out of the old space sure to it being dirty and terrible beds and bedding.
