This is a hidden gem - an oasis of flowers, gardens and charm. This was by far our nicest hotel experience in Madeira, as this felt like a vacation within a vacation. Surrounded by the aroma of flowers, plants and the sound of running water, we instantly felt like we were transported into another world. A relaxing and heavenly one.

Amazing location in gorgeously landscaped gardens. A must for any rose enthusiasts. Beautiful hikes nearby. Excellent breakfast and dinners available at well-appointed restaurant a short walk away.
The chalets/rooms were somewhat spartan but reasonably comfortable.

What an amazing place to stay. The bungalow accommodations for this hotel were very modern and attractive. All set in a tranquil tropical garden. A beautiful setting. Courteous and helpful staff. Nice clean swimming pool. Breakfast in nearby restaurant was excellent. I highly recommend this place to stay whilst exploring the north of Madeira.
The kitchenette in the studio was a little tight for space to do any sort of reasonable cooking.
A little short on storage space overall.

Location.
Over sold based on the owners name. Does not meet the standard. Drastic need for some common area cleaning. Delapitated property. It has so much potential but is dark and dingy. Please pressure was some of the exterior. Covered in mildew. Foose ball table is an example of the condition of the facility.
Had to move out of the old space sure to it being dirty and terrible beds and bedding.
