It's a special location with lots of animals, a beautiful park to walk around in and a building with history.
It felt special to visit a place like this. The breakfast and food overall was good.
The staff wasn't very engaged. Some members were friendly and some seemed really annoyed.

We have stayed in Bistrampolis multiple times. As always the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the apartments are clean, comfortable, and very warm (the temperature outside was -25 deg C). The breakfast was rich and tasty. The garden is awesome; I love walking it regardless of the season.

Cool old manor, nice park with sculptures, sauna, nice restaurant, good beer, staff spoke good english, cute horses
The bathroom was not clean. We did not notice it the night we arrived but the next morning that there was fuzzy mold growing out the grout. I did not want to touch anything after that, it is not okay.
