I would not hesitate to book again if I visit Bali again

Plenty of options for the buffet breakfast. Pool was very clean and well maintained. We checked in to one of the Garden Suites room however we got an ocean view and pool view from our room. I would have rated 10 however was slightly disappointed with the internet speed and hence rated 9.

There is bird's nest on the roof of the room and the bird's kept on tweeting for most of the night. Not a deal breaker but for two consecutive nights I was awake at 3am. Internet connection was not that great. Was getting only one or two bars. Whatsapp call was dropping and I have to occasionally switched to my data.

Definitely will be back, this hotel has it all, 5 stars all the way

Hotel was beautiful, location is amazing, food was great, staff were just so very lovely. Particularly loved the pool and the swim up bar. Remember your sunscreen as I got cooked because I was enjoying myself so much I forgot.

Great place to beat the Jet Lag.

The location was great and it was exactly what it should be for the price. We have gone on to stay in similar priced hotels that are no way near as enjoyable.

The beds were fairly uncomfortable, but nothing to lose sleep over 🤣 no but a bit hard for my mrs, i managed OK.

Great location and good price, but basic and a little tired.

Great location, right on the beach so you can walk most places and avoid traffic. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Mattress is a little hard, and the bed was very squeaky. Air conditioning wasn't working well, so I switched rooms to one without a view so I could have proper air-conditioning. Air conditioning also has a very bright light on it when running so the room is lit up when you sleep. The air-conditioning wasn't working properly in the spa either. Food for room was ok, creme brule was off when it got to my room (from the heat) so I couldn't eat it. No plate was provided to eat maim meal properly, it was on a board which presented well but very impractical, so it was very messy. Breakfast started at 6.30 but the breakfast food wasn't entirely ready to start, there was no tea or coffee or eggs until about 6.45/7am.

Wonderful place to stay

Great location right on the beach. Close to a variety of places to eat and drink within easy walking distance. Staff were friendly and attentive. Only wish we had stayed here longer. Lovely view out over the beach from the breakfast area. Beautiful gardens and pool area kept very clean and tidy.

Lovely quiet hotel right on beach

Lovely, quiet hotel. Very friendly staff. Garden suite rooms are lovely and big. Great massages, very reasonably priced. Can easily walk along beach to get to busier areas of Seminyak

No sauna. Lovely four poster bed, but it's a bit creaky

Average and over priced for what it was

the room was spacious, bathroom and bath was huge and there was an ocean view from the room. Plenty of towels and toiletries provided. We stayed in a pool villa and the pool is sheltered from the ocean, but you can sit on the deck chairs and see it, which was nice. The location is beachfront.

Advertised 2 pools, there was only 1. The only bar is the pool bar, which was very underwhelming, not really set up like a bar, just a counter top with a white board menu of a small number of things. The buffet breakfast was really basic, I ended up just eating toast and one of the days, the pot of tea was so bad I couldn't drink it. I'm not sure if they'd reused the tea, or used a coffee pot, but it was not drinkable. The place didn't really have a vibe to it. Apart from people swiming, there was no activity or things happening. Their website and booking.com website advertised a free shuttle, there wasn't one. Staff were ok, but defintely didn't go above and beyond. We stayed in one of the pool villas which was right next to the Mari beach club, so the music was pumping all night. The curatins weren't block out. Despite all efforts to keep windows and doors shut, and the mosquito net around the bed at night, we both woke up each morning with dots of blood on the sheets from mozie bites. It's a 2-3 km distance to the main parts of Seminyak etc, and single narrow road with lots of traffic, so a decent 30 min taxi ride. You can walk via the beach and sneak up to the main strip through one of the hotels, which is quicker given traffic by road, but not ideal in the mid day heat. Not the relaxing beachfront stay sipping cocktails by the pool we were hoping for.

Good buffet breakfast and they did cater for Vegetarians. So more of a wish and bit of greed that if they had vegan desserts too for breakfast as there were heaps of non vegans!

Enchanting Vues and Gardens, Lovely Breakfast

Beautiful Garden, very welcoming and nice staff, room very comfortable and big. Rich and delicious breakfast. Although we arrived very late due to long queues at the airport Balisani Suite made us feel welcome.

I would highly recommend based on the staff, location and facilities.

The staff were the best part, extremely accommodating and genuinely so helpful. The pool is great and there's direct access to the beach.

The breakfast wasn't what I expected although there were plenty of options but for the same price it is worth looking elsewhere in Seminyak.

A bit disappointing but explains the low pricing

Large rooms and bathrooms. Great staff around the pool, bar and restaurants, always attentive. Relaxed and quiet atmosphere. Spa massages, well frequented.

Repeated smell of hydrogen sulfide from the bathroom drains, reaction of maintenance was to spray perfume and pour some water. Front desk was advised on toxicity of H2S gas but seemed passive. Toilet flushing was poor in all rooms and always needed extra water. Advertised facilities such as free shuttle, children's playground were non-existent. Wifi in the suite we were moved to (after the first suite card reader failed) was very patchy with temporary improvement after some IT intervention. 11% tax and 10% service charge on all food/drinks and services, too little alcohol in cocktails for those prices...lol

The Staff did there best with what they had. Nice size room. Breakfast was good

Constant noise from beach bar next door was terrible. The beach in front had never been cleaned of rubbish. All the umbrellas around pool for shade where broken. Seating area facing beach had rusty old seats.

The staff were friendly.

Hotel badly needs to be maintained and repaired. The hotel smells bad. Staff couldn't speak English enough to understand. We were charged for food were didnt order and in the end just paid because the staff weren't understanding. Left the hotel early and went to stay at another place. This hotel is a 1 star rather than the 4 star as advertised by booking.com. Please do research into the hotels before rating them. My family and i all got sick within the 1st day we were there. And we only ate at the hotel. Very disappointing stay and it wasnt cheap.

We loved everything. Good location on beachfront. But pool area are even better as beach. Loved the banana milkshake of real bananas

It is a bit expensive but I suppose it is for the location.
