Location
We arrived early before check in, just wanted key and room number. No one at reception. Check in was 2:00pm we arrived 11:30. We rang motel and told they would leave key in locked box for us when we get back from our function. Then someone from reception turned up and said our room would be ready in 5 min, we said great thanks, he then said there would be a $30 sur charge to put bags in room early.

Great location, room was comfortable and had everything I needed. Staff were helpful. Good value for money.
Rooms are a bit dated but perfectly functional (In my view, not everything in this world needs to be shiny new or replaced when it is perfectly functional).

The location, that it had a kitchen facilities.
Good lighting outside, felt very secure.
It a bit dated but clean, neat and tidy.
Lighting needs to be brighter.
Needs a good paint.
