The hotel is very accessible to shops, and bus station is just walking distance away from the hotel. Staffs were very kind and very accommodating.

Breakfast was fine, but if you come at 09.00 am many things are missing and not being topped up. Coffee not very tasty, more like instant coffee.

The check-in was fast, price for the night seemed reasonable to what you get
Even though it’s not a higher-grade hotel, I was sure expecting certain things to be simply better. One pillow out of two felt like it’s been serving neck support since 1793, towels were not absorbing any water, there was no duvets in the room (ok, it’s Bulgarian summer outside, but still that’d be nice to have a choice), the ac was making significant noise. It seems like the hotels concept is “we allow you to stay the night” and they don’t really care about your experience in between of getting the room key and checking out.
