Clean rooms, nice food, kind front office and housekeeping.
Poor attitude by the restaurant staff.

Excellent location - the view from the terrace was amazing. The pool was also nice and clean. There was an electric car charging station near our room.
A bit warn out as furniture but generally okay for a 3-star. Breakfast could be better and the restaurant food as well.

If you decide to visit Veliko-Turnovo I’d really recommend to stay in this hotel. Rooms are clean with everything that is needed. You’ll have opportunity to relax near the swimming pool. Great Tsarevets castle is couple minutes to drive from the hotel

The view was amazing. And we are grateful for the upgrade - booked a room but they gave us an apartment and it was most appreciated.
Bath tub needed repair.
Pillows were not comfortable.
Extremely loud music from the restaurant kept us awake until late the first night.
The biggest disappointment was that the staff didn’t acknowledge our complaint about the music - we were told loud noise was to be expected given that the hotel listing specifies the existence of a restaurant on site.
On the whole, if you are after peace and quiet this is not the place. They play Vanilla Radio (a Greek station) EVERYWHERE - elevator, lounge, restorable, spa…
