The room and the staff

The property was dealing with a few water leaks including the reception area and our room. The spa was small. The sauna was far too hot to sit in, the sanarium was far too cold and the steam room was nothing special, would have been nicer if it had some aromatics. The whole reason for a spa day is to feel relaxed and chilled, but this was not. There were some women chatting loudly, people using their mobile phones and it did not have that special feel for the snout of money it cost to stay.

Room and views beautiful. The hotel was spacious, quiet and very comfortable. Staff kind and efficient. I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and steam room. Breakfast too was unhurried and views to the pond and fountain with sun streaming in- great start to the day.

I was sad not to be able to stay longer!
