Lovely location, great staff and really great views.
We also said we were bringing a puppy and they had dog stuff like bowls, bed and treats in the room. Very nice touch.
-Room was boiling hot and the windows have safety latch so couldn't open enough to cool it down. There is a fan but only blows hot air. I would not dare stay in that room in peak summer!
-Drains blocked in room so sink and shower didnt drain properly.
-Head chef sadly had an emergency the day prior but this meant that no hot breakfast was served (which is included in the price paid). This made things feel less value for money.

Lovely meal in the restaurant. Staff very good. Beautiful surroundings.
We were in the Loose box and were disappointed that the room had no view and we found it cold and unwelcoming. No where to sit and relax. The position of the shower meant that you had to wade through water to go to the toilet.
The stone sink and bath were uninviting and unhygienic.
For the price a cooked breakfast should be included.
