Staff were all lovely. Food was really good. The room was a good size
My only issue was that the bathroom in room 11 is really in need of renovation. Bath panel was hanging off after being repaired a few times, the panels under the sink were damaged and water damaged. The tap on the sink was badly tarnished. I was there for a festival so it didn't matter too much but for over £100 per night I feel it should have been a better standard

Bed was a little hard, and there were cobwebs in places, but overall I really liked it here. Very helpful and friendly staff, breakfast was good value for money, and location was spot on.
