Nice place to stay in surfer paradise

Location is great and view is amazing. Lorikeets welcome you in the morning.

Parking was full 😬 but receptionist suggest alternate nearby

Fint och fräscht, mysigt poolområde! Trevliga osv

Luktade fuktigt och instängt varje dag på rummet men gick bra att ha öppet en stund och vädra ut det! Sa aldrig till heller så kanske hade kunnat få byta rum isåfall

Nice and relaxing

The hotel was great I loved the view of beach from my room, very nice swimming pool as well, the staff were all nice and friendly to.

A comfortable stay in a great location, very close to the beach.

The foyer, pool area are very nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A great location.

The rooms are comfortable and pretty clean. Pillows could do with an upgrade and perhaps the carpet fairly soon. The bathrooms are probably due for an upgrade soon too.

The rooms were clean

Bed were hard. Need to be a bit softer They only gave you 1 pillow each - there should be two. Given the price Tv was too small. Needs to be bigger

Wasn’t enjoyable as staff not customer friendly

Clean & location

Booked 3 rooms months in advance. Rooms were not together & staff not helpful. Unable to access floors of other family members. 4 ppl in each room but rooms only set for 2 ppl & after many requests staff not helpful

Fabulous location, especially for watching the Pacific Airshow. Close to beach, shops, nightlife.

Very good

Good sized room. Beds not too soft, just right. Clean and tidy. Close to beach.

Odd cooking smells coming through aircon. Bathroom is a little dated.

Good location. Cheap secure parking. Nice apartment

Location was excellent. Security of the property. No road noise. Close to Cavel Ave and the beach.

The only negative is the room fridge needs upgrading. Would not freeze anything and the microwave did not rotate food.

Good location, but not clean for me.

The hotel has a very beautiful infrastructure, it is centrally located and with a good view. The wonderful staff!

t is not a 4-star hotel. The facilities need maintenance, the carpets are stained, the furniture in the rooms is old and the cleaning is quite precarious (we got a paper tissue under the bed)... there were scratches on the walls of the halls, a stain of coffee or red wine was at the balcony.

We had a very relaxing and lovely stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We had a basic room but was very clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to the beach and down the streets .

Staff at check in were ho hum Couldn’t of been more uninterested When we booked I called and requested parking and was advised yes Only to be fobbed off at check in and told to park away from the hotel! We will not be back

Room service wasn't great

I like that is close to the beach and the shopping. Many convenience stores and restaurants.

Parking is EXPENSIVE. There are no free parking for guests. I stayed 5 nights. But, everyday the complimentary items like milk and teas and coffees are not replenishes. It's unpleasant to request these items daily. This is the first hotel where I've experienced this. Hotels I've been to have regularly done this, it's priced in the cost of the room each day. The soap, shampoo and conditioner are not topped up so they run out and we have to ask for refills. We've left notes with the requests and they were ignored

I'd been to Mantra before; it was much better than what it is now

The location is perfect, close to the beach and shops Bed is comfortable Lifts are available all the time Pool was good Breakfast was good

1. Fridge was not working, replaced 2 days later with a bigger one which did not fit in the cabinet 2. One light was not working 3. Water leakage from the ceiling in the corridor 4. Some staff members were not welcoming us or smiling at us 5. The window curtain dropped on the head of my wife, was fixed a day later, then fell again on my children 6. A cockroach was seen in the room and the staff said: it's just a bug! 7. No soap bars were there in the bathroom to wash hands, but liquid shampoo was available 8. Initially there was no car parking spots available and I was advised to park my car in a public car park nearby which I did and paid weekly fees. After I complained to the management, they offered me a car parking spot but asked me to pay for it. Later on, I complained again that I'm double paying for parking, another receptionist offered to waive the fees. On checkout the receptionist was about to charge me again for the parking as she could not see the fee waive until another receptionist helped her to find the note.
