Breakfast was great, expensive for what you got but nice. Everyone was more than happy to help you out and the location was great.
Need a better tv in room 1508. Having No smart TV’s in a main hotel on the goal coast isn’t great!

Quite unkept. Could do with a proper clean (between shower screen and sink unit, kitchen counters had crumbs on)

We had no hot water for the entire stay.. absolutely so disappointing.. NO SHOWERING NO SPA..
Also someone's dirty socks in our room, where clearly the cleaners could not be bothered to bend over and pick them UP.. GROSS
