The bed was comfortable
I was surprised that though the hotel was comfortable it did not meet my expectations. The enclosure restaurant was expensive but service was only adequate. I had toast (rye bread) with hummus- one slice was very burnt and inedible. The WiFi was really poor.

The Hotel is very well maintained, and the Team are extremely friendly and polite. The Gaming room is an excellent facility, the Family Pool also was lovely, however it is showing it's age now. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The welcome from Edurda on reception was outstanding, and the Restaurant Manager Peter also was very capable and handled our dissatisfaction with the food very well. The entire team at this property are exceptional.
The Food, and food service was disappointing. At that level, given the Hotel is very obviously well run, and the Team so pleasant, it would be fair to expect the catering would align. It didn't for us. The Food service was underwhelming, and the presentation and quality was extremely disappointing.

Location and room size was perfect
Couldn’t use the pool when classes were on, check in 4pm but no where to sit to get a drink/food while waiting. Breakfast this morning did not taste good,
