My family and I arrived at reception and were welcomed by an incredibly kind and friendly lady. She gave us all the necessary instructions and made us feel very welcome.
When we entered our room, we checked everything and found it to be in perfect condition. Everything was working properly, and the beds and bed linen were clean and tidy.
