They had upgraded me to a nearby hotel . Empire apartments had own bathroom and massive rooms.
One of the lifts broke during the stay so took a long time to get down from the 18th floor at times

We didn’t actually stay at Columbia we stayed at Empire due to an accommodation issue on their end but that’s okay! It was cheaper AND the security deposit was less . Even had an employee kinda offer us the double room as the bed in the single room was VERY uncomfortable which was so so so lovely (the other beds in the apartment were VERY comfy!)
It was a little less inviting and I felt like an inconvenience to the other people staying there
