Great location and view from garden Lovely warm welcome and extremely helpful staff who accommodated a late change to our booking.
Bathroom clean but mouldy grouting

The Hotel is situated a couple of miles from Falmouth and has substantial grounds. The outside seating area has splendid views across the fields to the sea. There is a bus service which runs from just outside the Hotel into Falmouth. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice from cereals and fruit salad to the full Cornish, or you could request Eggs Benedict/ Florentine. The croissants were very moreish! The chef cooked our evening meals perfectly.
The TV screen was the smallest I've seen, but who needs TV when the weather is good? All desserts were the same price including ice cream. Why?

Lovely exterior and setting
Shower was very lovely!
Very dated interior and all needs a lot of updating.
Door was overly complicated to lock ( don’t expect to have to read instructions on how to lock a door) and staff were a bit passive aggressive when I asked for help.
