Cooinda Lodge Kakadu

My partner and I really enjoyed our time at Cooinda Lodge. We loved the facilities and restaurants. Drinking our morning oat flat white around the pool while listening to the birds was a great start to the day. The food at Mimi’s restaurant was delicious, especially the buffalo pasta, which was incredible. The staff were always helpful and friendly. We also participated in the Indigenous dinner, which takes place once a month. It was a great way to gain an insight into Indigenous food and culture. The setting was beautiful and the mocktails were delicious. Thanks so much for having us. We’ll be back! :-)

The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. The food was excellent too.

Our room was close to the pool and restaurants, and was clean. There was ample parking. There were two pools. One attracted the families and the other was quieter and more suited to adults only.

It was pricey for what the room offered. Small things like no non caffeinated coffee or tea and no table and chairs inside. The meals were expensive, although there were “cheaper” options like pizza and burgers.
