Quite rude staff sometimes. Food was overpriced and quite fancy.

I thought the staff that welcomed us at reception were not very kind. Yes, we arrived early and our rooms were not ready, which is totally understandable. But we arrived with our bikes, extremely hot and tired. And we all felt like staff were bothered by our arrival. Instead of any kind human interaction, “here is fresh water, please go the pool at relax while waiting for the rooms to be ready” (for example) staff at reception were unwelcoming. We had a lovely lunch at the restaurant and staff there were much friendlier. Never mind….

Room was comfortable, pools were nice, the entire vibe was relaxing and holiday inducing

Staff were highly ineffective and could not deal with issues. My friend’s car was hit in their car park and after2 days they still could not produce footage from 2 cameras they clearly had in the area. It completely spoiled the last 2 days of our vacation and whilst it was not the hotel’s fault for the incident, they showed a complete lack of care or support which is unforgivable.
