Conviniently located if you want to explore both French concession and Pudong districts. The rooms are roomy and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.
Very few details : Swimming pool would need some refreshment, but I understand this is planned in the near future. I would have put a bit more decoration in the reception hall but I guess this is a matter of personnal taste.

We stayed here for the second time. Once again, friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk. Cleaning staff is also very friendly and works diligently. Breakfast is excellent, a wide variety to choices to enjoy Chinese as well as western food. The hotel is centrally located, with a mall and metro station at walking distance.

Location was good.
We were not notified on booking that work was taking place. The location of breakfast had changed and it was poor with not many hit good options. There was no Lounge area to sit and relax. The rooms were large but consider that facilities were poor. We had previously stayed in the other Pullman in Shanghai and it is a far superior hotel.
