Boutique Hotel and Spa is in an excellent, quiet location within this beautiful town, with easy walking to nearby beaches, shops and restaurants at the harbour of St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. Our room was comfortable with a wet room en-suite and terrace outside. The pool was excellent with lots of seating for guests. A generous breakfast is available each morning in the sunny breakfast room. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. There is an excellent bus service to Nice with bus stops close to the hotel. St Jean Cap Ferat also has a coastal walkway to nearby Beaulieu Sur Mer where there are more restaurants and a train station for visits to Monaco, Cannes and Italy. We enjoyed our visit very much.

ALL staff we encountered were so so friendly - anything we requested was granted. We asked for extra pillows, towels, a fan all granted. I loved the separate shower and bathroom. Excellent location for shops, Ubers readily available. My husband liked the steam room. Blackout shutters for the room were great.
Room wasn't very clean on arrival - lots of hairs in the shower & a lot of dust on places. AC wasn't good at all. The shower has no door/curtain/shield so the entire floor gets wet after every shower.. and we were showering 2-3 times a day for 5 days... Pool was TOO cold! Walls a little too thin

Location and staff was amazing. So kind and thoughtful above and beyond
A guest was allowed to smoke weed all evening, balconies are not private, uncomfortable bed, could hear others talking in rooms next door.
