Frühstück hat ne reichliche & gute Auswahl
Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Duschkabinen sehr eng und kann für einige eine Herausforderung darstellen. Alte Ausstattung der Bäder und Schlafzimmer.

Das sehr zuvorkommende Personal
Leider war das Schwimmbad geschlossen, wegen Renovierungsarbeiten.

It is good when one wants to get out of the city noise.

The Area was very nice and quiet. The staff from The kitchen gave us one nite some very good lemonade Free of charge and we met one Romanian, The cheff, which was very nice also
When we arrived at the reception to check in nobody was talking in english, we had to call someone back home to translate to us in German which is unnaceptable from my point of view for a 4 stars hotel...

Very noisy hotel. Room was above an outdoor area where they hosted a (drinking) tour bus group until late in the night. Only recommend this place if you like to hear drunk folks while trying to fall asleep...

Good location for the main goal of our trip - the Serengeti Park.
Nice and helpful staff at the Restaurant.
Fungus between the bathroom tiles.
Staff at the reception not very competent.
Too much light in the room at night - short dark curtains. No fridge in the family room.

Good points:
-Breakfast was good 👍🏼
-Most of the F&B staff were lovely
-Heated pool was good
-Good location to nearby parks
Not so nice points:
-Some of the FO staff were not so service oriented but some great
-The bed wasn’t very comfortable
-Sadly due to the pandemic, the play area for kids wasn’t open.

The staff were friendly
The quality of the hotel was lower than 4 stars. Felt like I was in an old peoples home.

Swimming pool was small but perfect for my daughter. Reception staff were helpful.
On trying to make a reservation for dinner was told in a not too friendly manner they could do no earlier than 7:30 but on coming down at 7:30 there were many empty tables with cutlery that were set up for people to use. Wifi in the room was dreadful.
