Our room was tge best room we've had in our 38 days in Europe. Staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

Het uitgebreide en luxe ontbijt was een echte plus. Daarnaast was de kamer schoon, het personeel erg vriendelijk en de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding goed.
Eigenlijk niets. We verbleven er maar één nacht en hebben daardoor weinig gebruikgemaakt van de overige faciliteiten.

Very large room, toilet separate from bathroom, friendly welcome, great bike storage, great breakfast
Shower was in bath and no curtain/glass door so if you used it as a shower it sprayed all over the floor. Accommodation was quite expensive but there was an event in town over the weekend, so probably a reflection of the demand

nice and clean. good breakfast. staff were mostly very nice aside the front desk woman I will go on to. parking was convenient.
The front desk woman was extremely rude. I arrived at 1230 knowing the hotel was closed until 1500 so I sat outside the front for almost 3 hours which was fine as I knew this. The lady then opened the front door at 1515 when a passer by called her to say I was there. She then stated ‘oh why didn’t you ring the night bell’, no apology or anything. I wasn’t bothered as I knew it was closed but it would have been nice to have ‘sorry to keep you waiting’.
Then my partner came to stay one night mid week, we went down to pay at the front desk for his stay in the morning which was no problem. On my final night, he came to say goodbye to me at 0600 in the morning as he was leaving at 0700. I walked downstairs to an extremely angry front desk woman, saying ‘we knew he stayed, you are never welcome in my hotel again, I have put in a formal complaint to booking and they will deal with you’. I offered to pay for his short visit because of how angry she was, she said ‘no it’s done, you will never return and booking have been informed’. So I said ‘that’s ok, here’s my key’ and she then continued to rant on for another 5-10 minutes about how I could have at least asked…. at 0600 in the morning??
Anyway, if you’re looking for a nice alpine holiday with lots of nice little restaurants of local food and a couple of bars, Imst is 100% not your place to go! I won’t be returning ever, I would suggest going to stay in the stubai valley, or pitztal valley, not in Imst.
I skied in stubai, pitztal and kaunertal which were all fantastic, even in late November!
