Exceptional

The hotel is situated in a quiet area which is close to the town and has its own parking. The rooms were comfortable and clean. There was a patio area over looking an out door seating area which we used as the weather was very warm. The breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day. Booking in and out was easy and the staff very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

There is nothing I did not like about the hotel. This was my second visit in the last four years and the standards had been maintained from the previous visit.

Lovely hotel in a spa town that doesn't get a lot of publicity.

Beautiful hotel, modern design. Great location if you're using the spa in the city.

Some of the staff were not friendly or helpful on some occasions. Told us rather rudely that the gondola to the top of the mountain was closed because it was Christmas, but it was open all day. Made it seem like it was a stupid question for us to ask. Maybe because it was the holidays they had other people working the front desk who would not normally be there.

A budget price for a special experience

What a fantastic hotel! Lovely staff, great buffet breakfast, a fantastic little living room with free sparkling water and coffee, and a balcony in my room overlooking the mountains. And all for such a great price. Thank you!

It was sometimes hard to get hold of staff. For instance, I had to search quite a bit when I picked up my luggage.

The hotel was very clean, with a comfy bed, rich breakfast, and a nice mountain view. Good for traveling alone. Excellent location next to the train station.

Pleasant

Not far from the train station.The hotel serves breakfast .The hostess can speak English and enthusiastic. I like its balcony.

The variety of breakfast is very small, I don't like it very much. The sink in the bathroom is very shallow.

He thought it was wonderful

I got this room for my dad, he said the facilities were great and the breakfast was phenomenal, It was right in the heart of town which was beautiful and easy to navigate around, He was very very happy, he went to the gardens every day and loved the whole area.

Superb

Excellent hotel. Clean room very comfortable and lovely balcony. Impressive breakfast and the staff very helpful. Good parking.

Minor point. Not all the electric sockets worked and some loose. However enough for our needs.

Good hotel, friendly staff!

service was great they were very friendly and helped us a lot. When we needed someone else to pick up the keys and change the payment method they were very cooperative and helpful.

Nice hotel in Bad Reichenhall near the Austrian border, located in a beautiful area

+ very nice location in a quiet area of Bad Reichenhall, Upper Bavaria + free parking at the hotel + effictive concept against corona + friendly staff + spacious appartment with comfortable bed + very good breakfast

- room located next to the common room; I could understand every word spoken there

Very convenient for a quick stay. Bookmarked this for future times.

Very professional attitude for late check-in. I was delayed due to traffic and hotel contacted me on their own initiative to check on my arrival eta. They've arranged a way for me to check-in late. As a bonus the breakfast buffet was splendid: excellent choice of food exceeding the usual and good arrangements for covid-19.
