El complejo nos encantó
Las cucarachas en la habitación, avisamos muy temprano y tuve que estar llamando a recepción para que mandaran a fumigar, demoraron mucho pero sí fumigaron a fin de cuentas. Fue una experiencia muy desagradable
En otra ocasión ordené alimentos a la habitación (para cenar) y nunca nos llevaron los alimentos
Al otro día se disculparon y nos dieron los alimentos de ese día, sin cargo alguno.
El desayuno y comidas excelentes el personal súper amable y muy cálidos en especial los meseros del restaurante Marietas, Oscar y Jesús, todos muy atentos y serviciales, de igual forma la atención en las piscinas.

Loud music on the beach. The hotel is serving two type of customers, the group that enjoys drinking and partying with loud music on the pool AND the group (older) that like quieter time enjoying nature. Those two customer segments are incompatible in the same resort. Specially when you are paying these kind of prices.
