Hotel San Gregorio

Great stay. Beautiful and clean facility with a great pool.

We loved everything about this hotel.

Lovely small hotel close to historic centre of Pienza. Helpful staff and good rooms. Pool,area is an extra bonus.

Excellent hotel Location can’t be beaten it’s across the road from one of main gates to pienza Staff very helpful and gave us an excellent recommendation for a local restaurant to celebrate our anniversary we can’t thank them enough we had such a wonderful evening. Parking on site but note you need to pull up at front first and then go to parking lot as you will need a fob to get into car park. Our sat nav took wrong route so watch out for that and make sure it directs you to the right place. Hotel rooms clean and presentable but need updated bathrooms especially. They are clean and fine to use just not modern. The price was very good given the location and one of cheapest hotels we stayed at. The property is building an extension but there is no noise or disturbance. The pool is very lovely and has been renovated. I would stay again and I suspect the new rooms will be very nice.

I think the breakfast could be better there was a reasonable amount of choice but some of pastries and biscuits a little stale. Every hotel in Tuscany has good breakfast so the standard is very high but I would say this was probably our least favourite. It is still good enough. A drinks service by the pool would also be great it maybe that this is usually offered but we were staying on a day the restaurant was closed.
