Nice in Bologna

Free parking, big one, bed were comfortable, water on filter on hall, good, diverse breakfast

Location was away from downtown, but by car wasn't a big issue

Couple's last stop in Italy

The hotel matched our expectations. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the best part was the blackout, it allowed us to sleep very well. Good breakfast.

It was far from tyhe city centre, but it was easy to get there by bus.

Comfort and value in Bologna business district

This hotel was very clean and modern. We originally picked it because we thought we would rent a car and take some day trips from Bologna. Also a family member recommended it as a very good value, and we agree. There is plenty of parking in front of the hotel and in a garage. The breakfast buffet was good, and they also have a full service restaurant and bar. A shopping mall is about a half mile away - a bus stop is located there and there are also some fast food restaurants. The staff was very responsive - we had an issue with noise coming from the adjacent room and they sent someone up immediately to take care of the problem. You can get to the airport in 15 minutes by taxi.

The hotel is in the business district (Fiere) outside of the city center, so it was not as convenient for sightseeing. We took the bus into the city several times, once to the Train Station, and once to San Luca. The rides took about 45 minutes, and cost 2 Euro each way. Suggest you familiarize yourself with how the buses work before setting out - not hard but it may save you some walking! Also, we found our phone mapping apps can help you navigate the buses and stops.

Good hotel, perfectly met our expectations. Rooms were clean, everything was there that you might need. Breakfast was also very good. One nice touch that on each floor they have drinking water machines.

It was very professional, breakfast very good, also we went for dinner - also very high class. Obviously that is business hotel, many people were there for business.

If you come to Bologna as tourist definitely not a hotel for you. Too far from center by bus.

The hotel was very well located for my needs. the atmosphere is very welcoming, it is very clean. The staff is kind and helpful. I really loved the breakfast with lots of fresh food and cakes.

Great hotel that suited our needs 😊

There were many things that we admired about the Hotel. The interior of the hotel was so elegant and pretty. The room prices were extremely affordable. The room had a large sized TV that streamed favorite football matches in good quality. Overall, my family and I had an amazing stay at Cosmopolitan hotel.

There wasn't really much that we disliked about the hotel. I would really prefer if they had more food options in the breakfast area, and if they had a pool or indoor activities in the hotel, but besides that I didn't have any issues with hotel.

Nice, clean and quiet room. Very warm even though it was freezing outside and hot water all the time. Helpful and polite staff. Late check in was not a problem so was leaving our luggage for a few hours after check out.

Hotel in a good location, where it was convenient to reach by car from the highway. Comfortable beds, clean, great breakfasts and very nice staff - we enjoyed talking to them. We felt like friends. A big plus.

Excellent value for money, superb breakfast and GREAT staff.

I have travelled all over the world and the Cosmopolitan Hotel really was very good value for money. It is not central at all but the buses take about 30 minutes to the centre. Great breakfast, in fact one of the BEST ever had, fabulous staff, comfortable rooms, comfy bed, tea and coffee in rooms too. Lots to commend it. Great ambience, spotless and rooms cleaned to a very high standard. Thank you to all the lovely staff { Nina, Mirela, Sara, Bianca }who helped to make my stay very enjoyable. Fliss G

Have a Welcome note in the room with the information. DEF DEF need more wine choices for wine by the glass eg a Primitivo, Montepul etc. You have lots of wines so why only limit them to bottles when many people my come on business for one night, Italy has great wines but one of the worst choices of wine by the glass ever seen for a 4* hotel. Did ask for a room at end of corridor and got one slap bang in the middle of the corridor. Also only about 30% of hotels ever manage to keep a cooked breakfast hot. The food has literally just been brought out but was luke warm and not hot so had to ask to be heated up. Still FANTASTIC selection.

Whirlpool bathtub was great, staff was friendly

The bathroom smelled like smoke and the room itself smelled like IQOS cigarettes even though we had a non-smoking room. The ventilation was running the whole night and there was no possibility to stop it, so it was really loud. There was a hole in the bathroom door?
