The swimming pool and location!

Once you're inside the hotel everything is really good, good value for money, staff are friendly etc. But depending on your priorities give attention to the location and the current situation there...
I was attending a conference at the 'nearby' conference centre. But walking there was through a building site (they are constructing tram lines outside). Getting to the city is not easy from this hotel.

That it had two comfortable queen size beds and in general it was a quiet and clean room despite the fact that we were placed across the elevator. The staff at the front desk were very courteous and pleasant. Walking distance to the area where we were able to catch the double-decker bus for a city tour (approximately a 10-15 mins walk.) Several restaurants also within walking distance to the hotel.
Room was too small and the bathroom was even smaller. The neighborhood very dirty with a lot of overloaded trash and smelly dumpsters since it's a commercial area where there are a lot of food stores around that sell vegetables and fruits among other food items.
