Posizione e colazione

Scarsa manutenzione, arredamenti glaciali, informazioni assolutamente caotiche sul parcheggio (dove è possibile parcheggiare e oltre 10 euro per il parcheggio notturno è un furto comunicato solo all’accettazione), per non parlare del sistema di accensione e spegnimento delle luci in stanza. Un grande “mah”.

Clean, modern and fresh. Brilliant location near the main highway but not at all noisy. Good breakfast with a lot of choice.

Paying 12€ for the secure parking - seems excessive

Camera spaziosa e pulita. Doccia grande.

Colazione a buffet buona ma servizio un po' disorganizzato. Staff disponibile.

Un peu cher pour ce qui en sort vraiment. Les prises pour les branchements sont hors d'usage s'enlève du placo, la clim fait un bruit pas top pour du business moyen. Après emplacement intéressant car près des Axes routiers.

La clim,, les prises, le petit-déjeuner est à fuir !

Das Essen ist zu teuer für die Qualität

De la atitudinea aroganta a personalului de la recepție, mizeria din camera, la lipsa de informare asupra serviciilor. Trebuie sa ghicești ca ATAHotel este rampa de parcare deși denumirea hotelului este alta, dacă ceri îndrumări îți răspunde de parca ești imbecil și trebuia sa știi din oficiu. Nu te anunță nimeni ca masa la restaurant este pe baza de rezervare dacă totuși comanzi în camera mâncarea ptr ca nu au locuri în restaurant și asta nu ptr ca este aglomerat ci din lipsa de personal, primești comanda room service la sfârșitul programului, după ora 22 când au terminat cu cei din restaurant, mănânci așadar la 3 ore de când comanzi. În camera praf, dar nu ușor sesizabil, praf sa iei și acasă, când schimba prosoapele uita sa ți le mai aducă înapoi, ramai cu cele ptr mâini, îți ajung, gel de duș sau sapun la fel, recipientele goale, nu s-au deranjat in trei zile sa le realimenteze, vii de acasa cu săpun, la ce trebuie atata săpun nu?! Nesimțire, aroganță, ești umilit pe banii și pe timpul tău. De departe cea mai proasta cazare din ultimii 15 ani de călătorii prin Italia!

Noise. The A/C performs strong noise. When you open the window - you can enjoy the noise from mega-system just outside the hotel..

The upgrade wasn’t real, air conditionig unmanageable,

The room was clean and nice. We took the room for the location near to the motorway and considering the budget price. The breakfast was better than we expected, we would come again.

Nothing special!

Breakfast was very very poor, the rooms were ok but not value for the money !

I was not too fond of the tablecloths as hand towels. Also, I noticed no blanket covers but the blankets are toasted between two sheets. the blanket is exposed easily after some time in bed, it is not hygienic.

The staff were very attentive and lovely. Beds were very comfortable but pillows are bit too high. Enjoyed the breakfast and the water given throughout the day.

The curtains didn’t close properly which mean light shone through making it impossible to sleep as light was shining in.

Everything was good, great price. The air condition just didn’t get cold and the bathroom sink was clogged. And, we booked so quickly we got redirected to the Una hotel 30 minutes from the train station rather than the one next to it.

Clean, modern and big room, mini bar, good breakfast, late check in available and some free parking spots available. We didn't explore the city so I couldn't tell about the location but it is a McDonald's nearby 👍

There were no slippers in the room and the small towels are not good quality

Breakfast was good.

No air conditioning in the room even though it was advertised as having an air conditioning. Apparently during the winter it is switched off but nobody told us that before.
