The staff were exceptional—always friendly, attentive, and happy to help. The rooms are modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
It would have been helpful if the hotel had offered a shuttle service, at least to Salerno city center or the train station.

The facilities and the breakfast is excellent. A true continental breakfast.
The location. It is very far away from everything. Good base location to do the Amalfi coast if you are running on a budget.

The hotel feels quite dated considering its build date. The materials used and the furnishings are not in line with the advertised star rating — overall they feel very cheap and worn.
In 2026, having a bathtub with an overhead shower is frankly a hotel sin and not what one would expect at this level. The minibar was not stocked, the curtain was coming off at the top, and the cushions were extremely uncomfortable.
I requested an ironing board and, for the entire duration of my stay, one was never provided. As you can imagine, when travelling for meetings a pressed shirt is essential, and I had to go to a family member just to iron one, which is simply unacceptable.
In the morning, I went to the bar for a simple espresso and there was no staff available to serve. The bar itself was also left untidy, with used cups and dirt still on the counter from previous customers.
Overall, the experience did not meet the standards expected for the category, and there is a clear need for improvement in both maintenance and service.
