The hotel boasts an excellent location right in the city center, surrounded by restaurants, shops, the train station, the famous Espark shopping mall, and most of the city's main attractions.
Check-in and check-out were quick, the hotel is clean, Wi-Fi is fast, and the price is reasonable for a three-star property.
The private parking is a significant plus, especially given the narrow surrounding streets.
Despite the hotel's tall exterior suggesting spaciousness, everything inside feels small, the lobby, restaurant, elevators, and even the bathroom.
There is no proper wardrobe, only a narrow clothes rack with a few shelves.
Breakfast, while fresh and decent, is quite limited in variety.
Room views are average, though higher floors likely offer better perspectives.
The city itself seems to have declined since my visit four years ago — the Porsuk River, once blue and beautiful, is now green and sadly polluted, and the city feels more crowded and less clean.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. We even tried to find the mattress brand because we slept so well, but it appears to have been specially made for Ibis. Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
