The staff were exceptional, very welcoming, and go out of their way to help and accommodate you. The view from the hotel was amazing, and the pool area is quite nice and relaxed. The main feature we see of the hotel is that it gives you the opportunity to be disconnected from the busy life, enjoy peacefulness, views, good food and relax. The rooms have airconditioning as well. The evening dinners were exceptional, very accommodating and well priced.
Overall the hotel was great and we're happy and we'd definitely go again. There are minor suggestions we would recommend: The shower can be improved (mainly maintenance), offer the option to keep reusing the towel instead of changing it daily, there is no mini-fridge in the room, and no kettle/coffee machine in the room. On the evening food, we would suggest an option of a 'smaller dinner' - the dinner was amazing, but sometimes if we just want a light dinner it was a bit too much and no such option exists.

La cucina a dir poco eccezionale tutto fresco e varie ...per non parlare delle loro verdure a km 0 (solo acqua)

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful views from the Terrace. Close to Sant Angelo, which is well worth a visit.
I was charged €10 for posting a letter through Hotel Reception!
No fridge in rooms.
No safe in rooms.
