Mi è piaciuto tutto, dalla camera, alla colazione, alla spa, alle 2 piscine..... Una struttura davvero fantastica ed in cui sicuramento ci tornerò,
Nulla, l'unico dispiacere è che nei mesi invernali è chiuso..

Es war überall sehr laut (vor allem im Frühstücksraum und am Pool), die Preise im Restaurant sind recht teuer (23 € für das Vorspeisenbuffet)

The resort is very large, with lots of facilities. The pool area is very quiet and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was also of a high quality.
The restaurant available for dinner was the worst, most disorganised experience we have ever had. The waiters were rude and were visibly annoyed even before starting to take orders. Upon taking each person’s order for antipasto and/or primo/secondo, there were multiple incorrect advice given about how dishes were served, showing no understanding of what was available. Dishes were then sent randomly with no explanation, and when asked the waiter yanked a dish away from the table in a strop, again with no explanation. Although the food was of good quality (although some cold), the service was dreadful and there was no apology or understanding until I confronted the restaurant manager a third time due to issues. The bill then arrived with a €30 coperto after the pathetic excuse for service, and the waiter in question again showed the worst people skills ever seen in waiting staff. The restaurant really lets this place down and would deter us from staying here again.
