Outstanding breakfast, and your location was insight of the airport that was the seller for me, good job.

For my short stay, we needed that rest time.

値段の割にはサービスは普通。施設やロケーションはいいですが、サービス的にちょっと残念。

部屋の窓から飛行機が見える。アクセスが良い。MRT、空港への送迎がある。

チェックインでの説明が簡素すぎて、施設の利用についてもう少し情報が欲しかった。また笑顔での対応がなく、事務的な対応で印象はよくなかった。

Highly recommend as American traveler couple

Easy check-in, very well maintained. The bathroom was very nice and clean and modern. They provided extra drinking water bottles for us, about 4 of them in the fridge. The room felt very clean and not "cheap feeling" furniture and amenities. The staff were incredibly helpful, even at 11pm almost midnight and early morning. They have available breakfast options in the hotel and nice seasonal (Christmas) decor! Would recommend and was very happy we stayed here, rather than the capsule hotels etc. Novotel and the Taiwan airport were very organized in arranging a free shuttle to and from, and a wakeup call as well.

They need to get fuller bed pillows. And Although they have a lot of TV channels, they don't have much American or English speaking channels.

Great Staff, Convenient, Large Rooms, Good Value for Airport Hotel

The airport shuttle is convenient and easy to find, and runs from 04:30 from the hotel and just after 06:00 from the airport, so it's convenient for most flight options. The front desk staff was AMAZING. The early check-in is very expensive, but the staff did everything possible to make us comfortable after a long flight and store our bags, give us a place to freshen up and change before going out to wait on our check-in time, etc. They were very nice and explained everything. The hotel room was quite large and the bathroom was very nice. The bed was quite comfortable and we slept incredibly well. It's a standard price for an airport accessible hotel, but if you are exhausted and need a convenient rest, it's a great value compared to many other airport hotels. There's also a train stop right at the hotel into the city and back. Very very convenient!

Expensive hotel but the convenience to the airport helps tremendously when you have an early flight.

The hotel was just two train stops away from their airport. If you are using their metro card, you can even travel from the hotel to the airport for free using the metro. While they are not near any night market or streets, you can just easily travel down to their Airport Terminal 2 where they have nice food at their food court and do some last minute shopping at the airport terminal. They also provide free airport shuttle service if you need to catch the early morning flight. The shower gel and shampoo smells fantastic. Room was big and spacious too.

The price is high which I expected it due to the convenience to the airport. However, I was disappointed with few things. The bed is not comfortable. Pillow is way too soft. Finally, the TV is such an old model and the sound coming out from it sound like a 1980s CRT TV.

Pretty much everything surpassed my expectations. The room was very comfortable and clean with a great view on the runways, despite of planes taking off or landing frequently, the soundproofing was excellent. The gym was well equipped, the food bar had excellent variety of different cuisines and snacks at all times. Will definitely stay there again the next time i travel to Taipei.

nothing major, The surrounding area was under a construction, so there was not much chance to walk or run once outside the hotel.

Obviously the only selling point of this hotel is how close it is to the airport so it’s convenient for those super early morning flights. The hotel also provides a bus service to take guests to the airport directly.

Besides its distance to the airport, the hotel is far from everything else so you only have the hotel facilities available and cannot order anything to be delivered. The rooms were clean and comfortable but very basic. Restaurants were very average. This place charges over double what much nicer hotels in central Taipei charges and the only selling point is the location. 4pm check in is ridiculous, especially when you’re only staying for an early morning flight so you’re barely spending anytime at the property as it is.

Great equipment: kids playground, amazing swimming pool!!! Nice restaurant. Comfortable bedroom.

Not convenient to access, next to the airport which is the key advantage but nothing around, no convenient store to buy snacks or drinks.

The staff are good, but they take to long for do the check in.

We chose this hotel because they offer shuttle service to the airport and the Hotel is close to the airport.

We was expecting to use the shuttle to the airport and we couldn't because it was already full.In my opinion I think this hotel is to expensive.

we were on 1 night transit and it was ok

near to airport with complimentary shuttle service to and from airport. gym is super big and nice equipment. foods at the chinese restaurant is super delicious.

the actual size is a lot smaller than the photo and the bath room is not that comfortable. the toilet bowl bidet does not work.
