The hotel has an excellent location, not far from the beach. a very safe area. The hotel staff is amazing! Rooms are fairly simple, but very clean with a minibar.
The hotel doesn't offer massages, but if you are looking for a good quality facility with good quality massages I can recommend Luz em Gotas Spa, that is located about 15 minute walking distance from the hotel, or an Uber ride costs approx £2
tip: when you are looking for glasses, you will find them in the fridge :-).
Gym: I don’t recall if I missed this detail when booking, but the gym is not located inside the hotel. The hotel has an agreement with a nearby gym, and access is free for hotel guests. The gym does have everything you may need, but the equipment is very old and quite worn.
Because of that, I decided to pay for a different gym instead. I used Academia Pratique Fitness. It is about 20 minutes walking distance from the hotel, or approximately £2.50 ride by Uber. I found it to be a much better option for my workouts.

Breakfast staff were extremely friendly but was not made aware you could order fried eggs. Only after seeing others receiving and after asking did we manage to get an order placed.
Very noisy despite being on 12th floor could hear all traffic noise. Thin single glazed window that was always left open by cleaners for some reason.
Could hear everything from adjacent rooms even talking and the room above must have had a constant need to drag furniture across floor continually every evening and morning not sure what they were doing.
