Transfer from the ferry port to the accommodation ran smoothly. Excellent service and location, lovely pool and restaurant / bar area
Toilets weren’t flushing correctly and shower broken in Room 10. Also, toilet facilities in the restaurant area were unsatisfactory

The property was incredibly comfortable, and we felt very much at home during our stay. Our rooms were cleaned every day, with fresh sheets and towels. Theodore and Ira made our stay extra special and looked after us day and night.
We loved the complex, as well as the restaurant and bar. The pool was so much fun for both the adults and the children. It was also easy to walk to both the Old and New Port, and Theodore was incredibly accommodating when it came to driving us and picking us up in the hotel car.
The restaurants and beaches were fabulous, and we had such a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!
Our only constructive feedback would be that the complex where my mum, sister, and their family were staying was a little outdated, and the Wi-Fi signal wasn’t as strong in that area.

Not breakfast included but nice breakfast choices on extra charge. Clean swimming pool. Nice view only if you stay at 2nd floor in front.
1st floor and back view are terrible. Old building, small room and small old bathroom, no dark curtains, lader without elevetor.
