Best location ever, staff all lovely, the ollie restaurant bar attached was beautiful food & staff lovely, beach area opposite served by hotel , room modern & clean would highly recommend
Not really anything to dislike , pool area very small but very clean & Sun loungers is in shade in afternoon but the beach is a few steps away

the rooms was spacious and the views to the beach were as advertised. The reception staff were also very friendly.

The staff was very friendly. We arrived 3 hours before check-in and staff allowed us to check-in early at no extra charge.
The safety deposit box in the room was an extra cost, yet both their website and the booking.com ad shows it included in the amenities. Guests are also expected to wash and dry their dishes in the kitchenette, which is no problem. However they don’t supply you with dish soap or any drying towels? Also, in the small check-in booklet provided, guests are expected to check the inventory and working condition of all the kitchen utensils, and cookware, and if there are any issues upon check-out, guests will be charged.

The hotel is in a great location - just a 15-minute walk from the city center and right on the way to the beach.
The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of fresh and tasty options.
Our time on Crete was overall beautiful and memorable.
We booked a studio, but the “terrace” was so small it can hardly be called that.
The coffee machine in the room didn’t work.
Housekeeping was unreliable — we had to ask multiple times for fresh towels.
The hotel advertises a pool, but it’s more like a decorative fountain in terms of size.
Overall, we didn’t feel the stay offered good value for money and wouldn’t choose this accommodation again.
