Hotel très recommandable

accueil agréable, proprete,Tranquillité.salle d'eau impeccable.

La vue sur un mur et, le peu d'espace entre le pied du lit et le mur de la chambre. Mais nous avions pris une chambre " premier prix", ceci explique surement cela.

Bien situé dans la ville l’accès se fait à pied depuis un parking gratuit tout près

Le personnel est sympathique La salle de bain et le confort du lit Le café expresso dans la chambre

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Beaune trotzt den Unangenehmlichkeiten genossen.

Das Hotel ist sehr nahe vom Zentrum, ruhige Umgebung und hat Parkgelegenheit.

Beim Zimmerbezug nach 17:00 stellten fest, dass das Zimmer stinkt und das Bett sehr feucht feucht war. Uns wurde ein neues Zimmer zugewiesen, dieses war um einiges kleiner. Eher ein Einzelzimmer. Konnten uns kaum bewegen darin.

Location was good. Breakfast was excellent.

The room was in the annex with little character and was not spotlessly clean. Extensive renovation work was going on in the main hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel before and knew the location to be excellent. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

We did not know at the time of booking that extensive renovations were taking place. The quality of the room we were given was very poor (apart from the comfortable bed). It was very dated and threadbare in places. The bathroom was dated and the shower was poor. It was overall poor value for money in terms of the quality of the room. We were disappointed having stayed here before. The renovations are definitely needed in the part of the hotel we stayed in.

Very pleasant stop over. Would stay again, especially when the refurb work is complete.

Nice hotel with helpful staff. Very quiet even though it is central and within easy walking distance of shops & restaurants

Great location with plenty of choice for places to eat. its a big hotel so quite busy but the staff are great.

Air con machine noisy outside window Rooms a bit minimalist. No TV control first night. Had the impression the staff were students lucky to have a job. But not properly trained.

The hotel is tired and very basic, our room (31) was poor, basic facilities you would need binoculars to watch the TV, and the bath is no more than a shower tray.

Great stay in which it was easy to take in the activities and sights in Beaune!

Check-in efficient; the room -- particularly the renovated -- convenient, quiet and comfortable; the availability of parking on site; the location right in town on a street with good options for restaurants. Nice attentive staff, both at front desk and breakfast.

One room was better than the other (we stayed twice). It'll be great when all of the rooms have been re-done.

Not my ideal place

Location is convenient with a short walk to city center. Godd with own parking.

The rooms ate small and of old standard. Doors and walls are thin so you are easily disturbed. Especially during nighttime as some guests arrives late back to their rooms.
