The staff were great, very accomodating! The hotel is very nice and the spa is excellent! We enjoyed our spa very much!

The staff was lovely. The mattress was a bit too hard but the Italian shower was gorgeous and so enjoyable. The location was great and the parking was free of charge. The air conditioning was greatly appreciated with this heat.

The room was very clean and towels were changed often but we were a bit annoyed that the cleaning staff came a few times per day in our room to change the towels, which bothered us when we were in the room. Also, they left the door unlocked on a few occasions (despite us telling the reception) which made us fear for our belongings and for our dog that was sometimes in the room alone sleeping… Additionally, we were barely given any toilet paper even though we were staying for a week… Why change the towels so often but not bring in any toilet paper?!? We didn’t like the breakfast that consisted of barely only cakes… A few healthy options would have been appreciated.

swimming pool outside and not available in february ! sauna and jacuzzi not available for kids ! fitness room in veranda, means very cold ! all these informations are not mentioned in booking system , so very desappointed to not be able to use them. it was the reason of my booking.

Great cozy room in the family hotel near the beach (100 m) with nice personnel. Wifi working great, warm large pool with beds and super large breakfast. The 3 course dinner was also very tasty. The beaches were half empty due to pandemics and the town was 20 min from Rimini.
