We loved the location, chilled atmosphere and friendliness of the staff
We have been coming to Great Danes on and off over the years and we know you have refurbished parts of the hotel but found the spa area very low in standards and in need of some tlc

The room was ridiculously far from the reception. It would help to be able to access entrance and exit from one of the other staircases or another way.
Great to have a pool facility and a sauna and steam room. Definitely something to advertise better as it’s a great bonus.

Breakfast was very good, chef was lovely and clearly cared about his work.
Hassle checking in and getting a bathroom with a shower curtain. TV didnt work. No phone in the room so the only way to speak to reception is to trek all the way down there.
