Second time staying in the woodlands hotel waterford,
Lovely hotel,food fabulous,staff were fantastic, especially the young staff where we had dinner on the 2 nights we stayed,they were out standing,the staff on reception were lovely too and the staff in the breakfast room were lovely also.
Only thing i didn’t like was the room we stayed in the walls were filthy,a quick wash down between guests would have done the job,the beds were ok but the pillows were shocking,flat and very hard,ended up having a crick in my neck for 2 days afterwards! An upgrade of pillows wouldn’t go a miss!

Very friendly staff all over the hotel, esp a waitress in the bar was very kind to our daughter. Nice pool. Clean room and clean overall hotel. Live band in bar were great.
Restaurant/bar table was sticky and food was very dry and taste less.
It said pay on arrival but they placed a hold on my account for the payment for the night a few days before which I didn't like really. I paid cash on arrival and I'm still waiting for the hold to fall off my account over the next few days.

Breakfast was lovely. Location ideal for touring south coast.
Can't think of anything that found fault with.Will stay there again.

Didn't have breakfast. Not included in price of nearly 500 euro for tea nights. Pool was ok but dressing rooms didn't smell very good
For the price I paid it would have been nice have out room refreshed. New water bottles and coffee replenished.
