This is my second time at the hotel, as a stop while travelling by car from North to South Italy with my dog. The staff is always superb - Virginia from the front desk is exceptionally polite and professional, the restaurant staff are always super courteous and all the staff in general go above and behind the call of duty - after the check out I remembered to fill my water bottle for the trip and a kitchen staff offered to fill it with bottled water and then offered the rest of the bottle for my dog :-)

Staff was excellent and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was terrific. The room was comfortable and clean, except for the lack of a good ventilation system (beyond "open the window", which let the mosquitoes in!).
A better way to get air into the room, maybe even just a simple fan. Also the location is terrible, far from everything.

The staff, restaurant was nice, room was perfect, close to the motorway and had undercover parking. Small gym but nice maintained machines.
Location mostly in an semi industrial area but shopping mall nearby.

Comfortable bed but that's about it.
Below average breakfast for a 4 star hotel. Generally the hotel could do with an update to modernise it. The bath / shower combo is terrible with the drain not flowing smoothly. Beware if the 10 euro per day paid parking if you arrive by car.
