Easy to find, restaurants close by
Couldn’t check in until 16.00 - booking stated 14.00, so hanging around for a while.

Room was very clean and tidy. En-suite was a bit tired and could be tidied up.
The towels were clean.
Breakfast was continental and very freshly prepared.
We booked to stay overnight on our way to and then home from Royan area France, roughly half way. On the way back we were expecting to arrive and access room at 14.00 but they had changed the time to 16.00 without us being notified until after we arrived! Not ideal but not a major problem.
There was no restaurant meal during the evenings we were there but there are local restaurants in walking distance.
