Property accepted pets, comfortable, free secure car park & both breakfast & evening meals were very good.
Fairly thin walls(could hear next door coughing🤷🏼♀️, and our bath needed a very good scrub or reenamaling.

The room was satisfactory, the breakfast very good and the staff extremely helpful. This was a practical, sensible hotel where everything worked well. The receptionist in particular was very helpful and provided me with an extra pillow. We stayed there because it was relatively close to the train station (Montpellier Sud de France) and although a taxi was needed to get there, this was fine.

The facilities were as expected for a normal Campanile hotel. Basic but acceptable
We couldn't work the television so we asked the reception if they could help us. The man on duty seemed very put out but eventually came to the room. He couldn't fix it so another member of staff was called. She fixed it but it broke again and the man was very cross with us. It wasn't our fault.
We went to the restaurant just for a drink which he wasn't happy about, it was just beginning to rain but he asked us to sit outside!!!
We stayed inside and he was really miserable talking to himself and angry that we had not gone outside.
