Location was great....swimming pool was really nice..room was lovely and had everything you needed
Radiator was on in room...was very warm ...£385 for 2 nights B&B was a bit pricey we thought but to be fair Pitlochry is pricey anyway

Liked the pool, jacuzzi and steam room as our stay was at the end of completing NC500 so very relaxing.
Staff were very nice.
Breakfast was mediocre and could be better and we thought the bar being attached to reception a bit unusual, would be much better in one of the lounges

The room was nice and clean. We were located next to the breakfast room and could hear people talking, chairs scraping, etc
The jacuzzi didn’t appear clean and it didn’t seem like anyone had cleaned the changing room floors. For being Scotland’s Spa Hotel the spa/pool really wasn’t anything special, we expected it to be more luxurious
