This is a super little Inn. The rooms have been well thought out, comfy beds, good water pressure in the shower and smart tv. The Holy Trinity! 🙏🏻 The balcony rooms are especially good with glorious views over the common. A scene that hasn’t changed for hundreds of years. Really quite special this close to London. Sun drenched during the day and a delicious spookiness about it at night. Staff are excellent, particularly Angela who appears to be everywhere from cooking the breakfast to checking guests in and just about everything in between. I thought she must have an identical twin sister! My only misgiving would be the pillows which do let the side down somewhat... …also a mini fridge in the room would be nice :)

Great location , great staff, excellent breakfast

Sadly the rooms are quite dark with small windows and this was in an upgraded room. This would have been ok but the room was so hot and this was on a mild day. Nowadays rooms really need to have air conditioning or at the very least ceiling fans. The windows were very small and locked so could not open them very far which I appreciate is for H & S.
