Lovely place but housekeeping shouldn't let themselves in if the door is locked. Working nights and sleeping in the day this was a problem

This is a minor point but there are a lot of bedrooms and some are quite a way from reception, restaurant and bar.

Location. Helpful staff on reception. Dog friendly.
Chaos at breakfast, no pastries, no bread, no hot water for tea, no cups. Cigarette buts in gravel outside room and around tables outside of the bar. Litter around parking area. Room looking tired and in need of redecorating. Been to several BW Signature hotels far superior to this one.
