Staff, location, breakfast, was all great.
Reception area very nice.
I paid £146, plus £15, room needs new carpets, couldn't open windows, which needs a good clean, bathroom no cups to rinse. Bath had hair in plug hole, from more than one guest.

The area was quiet and peaceful, the hotel was within walking distance of the beach, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel is old and poorly maintained, which was disappointing. The mattress was uncomfortable. There were signs of mould in the bathroom, and the carpet was stained. The doors in the shared hallway were scratched and worn, creating an unpleasant first impression. The biggest disappointment was the view from the window – most of it was blocked by a wall, making the room feel dark and enclosed.
